The founder of Sound Revolution, Penny Green is a Securities Lawyer who has been the principal of her own law practice, the Bacchus Law Group, for the past seven years. A member in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association and the Law Society of British Columbia, Green has worked in diverse aspects of the entertainment industry over the last eight years, often at the helm of new technologies and trends. Green performed lead roles with Over-the-Counter-quoted entertainment companies, working as a producer, distributor, director, lawyer and executive in the realms of feature film, documentary, music distribution, websites and streaming video production. She has also represented media companies at entertainment markets around the world and sold feature films to a global market.
Green was the founder, President and CEO of Mediatelevision.tv, Inc. (MTVI.OB), a company that developed original streaming media content for the Internet, including Daxula.com, an online vampire series, and Fashionfreakz.com, a streaming video series of fashion and music.
Prior to this Green was VP, Business Development for Angelaudio.com, Inc. (AADC.OB), a digital music download Distribution Company. While there she negotiated distribution and marketing deals with household name artists and companies, oversaw website development and produced webcasts of international artists.
Green was a major shareholder and VP, Programming of Payforview.com, Inc. (PAYV.OB), building a library of online movie rights and other content while assisting the company in increasing its share price from $1 to $10 in less than six months. At Payforview she negotiated and concluded some of the first distribution agreements for Internet digital distribution rights to major motion pictures, and was an executive producer of one of the earliest large-scale online streaming video events at the prestigious Cannes Films Festival. Previously, she was the International Director of Sales for Westar Entertainment Ltd. (ECLE.OB) in Los Angeles.
