Prior to joining Integreon, Penny owned her own business for 12 years and worked as an organizational development consultant and project professional. She provided strategic planning, marketing, organizational & operational development and employee development programs to large corporations, small business, government agencies and non-profit associations. She previously held contracts for over 6 years with the U.S. Small Business Administration to provide business development services for women owned businesses in the Upper Midwest; during this time, she founded and produced a women�s trade show annually attended by 10,000 consumers before selling it to a local media holding company. Penny also has 15 years executive experience at two advertising agencies and two Chambers of Commerce. Penny is a University of North Dakota graduate with a B.S.B.A. in management and a B.A. in communications. She also is a graduate of the six-year Institute for Organizational Management program. Penny currently serves an adjunct professor teaching marketing and human resources in a graduate program at Minnesota State University-Moorhead. Based in Fargo, Penny is responsible for Integreon�s Fargo, North Dakota, delivery center. |
