Pepe has over 25 years in the restaurant business. Pepe Lopez is a master chef who works with Ignacio to develop menus and food programs for all our concepts. Pepe�s frequent trips to Mexico in search of Regional specialties is part of our current El Torito marketing campaign. He is in charge of menu development for Las Brisas, El Torito, El Torito Grill, Acapulco, Casa Gallardo, Casa Gallardo Grill, Keystone Grill, Hola Amigoes, GuadalaHarry's, El Paso Cantina and Who Song & Larry's. |
