Per-Olof Loof Chief Executive Officer and Director was named such in April 2005. Mr. Loof was previously the Managing Partner of QuanStar Group LLC a management consulting firm. Prior to this he served as Chief Executive Officer of Sensormatic Electronics Corporation and in various management roles with Andersen Consulting Digital Equipment Corporation AT&T and NCR. Mr. Loof serves as a board member of GlobalOptions Inc. and Devcon International Corporation.
