Perry comes to Novasys Medical with a solid track record of more than 20 years in sales, marketing and sales management, with a strong background in urology and gynecology. For the past three years, Perry was the Vice President of Sales for Caldera Medical, a start-up company in the highly competitive female incontinence surgical market. At Caldera, Perry built an independent sales force of over 100 and led them to record growth. Previously, Perry served as Area Director for Endocare, a publicly traded manufacturer of urological devices, where he led his region to 160% annual growth and established his area as the leading territory in the company. Prior to Endocare, Perry was Director of Sales for Gyrus, a global leader in minimally invasive surgery. His region finished first in the company in 2001 with 83% revenue growth. Perry also held sales and marketing management positions with Karl Storz Endoscopy and Circon-ACMI. Perry holds a BA in Zoology and Biology with honors from the University of Tennessee. |
