Pete Goerges is a member of the Education Law Group. Mr. Goerges was the first staff attorney for the Indiana School Boards Association from 1969 - 1973 and worked closely with Lewis Bose on many of Indiana's education statutes, including "Public Law 217" and the student due process statute. Mr. Goerges has extensive experience in all aspects of school law from labor arbitration and collective bargaining to project financing. He has been a practicing attorney since 1969 and counsel to the firm since 1991. Mr. Goerges is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and American Bar Association, and is admitted to practice before the Indiana Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Indian

Mr. Georges has conducted more than 250 seminars, workshops and clinics discussing all aspects of education law. He is the co-author of the Indiana Student Due Process Code and the Indiana Certificated Educational Employee Bargaining Act.
