Mr. Marino has been a private consultant for government agencies and the defense and intelligence industry since 1999. Mr. Marino has been a Director of the Company since September 2004. From 1996 to 1999, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Firearms Training Systems, Inc., a publicly-held provider of software and hardware simulation training systems for military, law enforcement and security forces. From 1991 to 1996, Mr. Marino served as Senior Vice President of E-Systems Corporation, which was acquired by Raytheon in 1995. Mr. Marino previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Fairchild Industries and prior to such service was President and Chief Operating Officer of Lockheed Electronics Co., Inc. Previous to his service at Lockheed, he held various positions at the Central Intelligence Agency, including Director of the Office of Technical Services. Mr. Marino currently serves on several government advisory organizations, and is the Chairman, Defense Science Board Task Force on Intelligence for Homeland Defense and co-chairman of the Director of Central Intelligence's Senior Advisory Group. |
