As former Chief Counsel for the Food and Drug Administration Mr. Hutt drafted many of the current FDA regulations. Mr. Hutt currently serves as a member of the Institute of Medicine of the National Academy of Sciences and teaches a course on food and drug law at Harvard Law School in addition to serving as a partner at Covington & Burling LLP. He has published numerous papers on food and drug law and health policy. |
