Mr. Tse holds a B.Soc.Sc degree from the University of Hong Kong. He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants; a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and of CPA Australia.
Mr. Tse has over 20 years financial management experience in the Group, including financial reporting, budgeting control and financial system development. He was the Financial Controller of CLP Power Hong Kong prior to being appointed as Group Finance Manager of CLP Holdings in 2001. He assumed the current position in May 2003 to manage the Group's financial reporting, business planning and budget functions.
