Mr. Moyes is the director of MHTN�s Government Design Studio which specializes in municipal, public administration, police, fire and justice projects. Mr. Moyes has worked in communities throughout the Intermountain West, helping to define growth patterns and develop appropriate community master planning, working with mayors, city councils, city managers and administrators. Mr. Moyes has helped chart a path from initial concepts through actual facility construction, working within the budgets, bonding limits and schedules unique to each community. |
