Peter was previously the Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder of Fitness Venture Group, a web-based application software company based in Phoenix, Arizona serving the active lifestyle sector. Prior to co-founding Fitness Venture Group, Pete was a Senior Associate at Brockway Moran & Partners, a middle-market private equity firm. At Brockway Moran, he focused on the Gold's Gym International, Inc. portfolio company. Prior to that, he worked in Mergers & Acquisitions at Chase Securities and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Pete is currently Chairman of Fitness Venture Group and a Director of Cecilware Holdings, Inc. Pete has recently become a Development Partner with Acumen Fund, a non-profit global venture fund that invests in sustainable, scalable enterprises that deliver critical goods and services - in the areas of water, health and housing - to communities in developing countries. Pete is a 1994 graduate of Emory University with a BBA in Business Administration and received his MBA in 1999 from Harvard Business School. |
