Peter Munger has practiced labor and employment law in Denver and Atlanta. His practice includes employment litigation - discrimination, breach of contract, drug testing, wrongful discharge, defamation, other employment torts - as well as wage/hour law, workplace safety and health law, and arbitrations.
He has represented clients in federal and state courts and before government agencies such as the U.S. Department of Labor, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Peter is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
