Peter F. Nostrand is the most recent addition to the Board of Directors. Mr. Nostrand brings thirty plus years of experience in banking and finance to the Board of Directors as well as the Audit, Compensation and Nominating/Corporate Governance Committees. Mr. Nostrand is currently the Chairman Emeritus of SunTrust, Greater Washington where he has also served in a variety of functional divisions including International, National, Energy, Commercial and Retail.
