Peter F. Pervere joined Intraware's Board in March 2003. In May 2002, Mr. Pervere retired as the Chief Financial Officer of Commerce One, Inc. a position he held since 1997. Prior to joining Commerce One, Pervere was Vice President and Corporate Controller of Sybase, Inc. He was directly involved in the Initial Public Offerings and subsequent financings at Commerce One and Sybase. For both companies, he managed all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, internal audit, tax, financial planning, treasury, investor relations, real estate and facilities management. Prior to joining Sybase, Pervere was an Audit Manager at Ernst and Young. Mr. Pervere gained a B.A from Stanford University, was certified as a Public Accountant in California, and is a member of the Financial Executives Institute. |
