Peter has more than 30 years of experience as a management labor lawyer. Peter�s practice encompasses both unionized and non-unionized employers private sector and public sector around New England, including a large number of hospitals and other health care providers. Peter has represented employers in scores of union organizing campaigns, union contract negotiations, NLRB unfair labor practice proceedings and grievance arbitration cases. He has also had an active practice in the field of discrimination law, before the EEOC and state discrimination agencies and in various appellate forums. |
