Peter Brink oversees a department which includes: six Regional Offices and two Field Offices across the United States; the Heritage Tourism, Rural Heritage and Historic District Consulting programs; and the Center for Preservation Leadership, which comprises Statewide and Local Partnerships, Forum, Preservation Books, the National Preservation Conference, National Preservation Awards, Preservation Leadership Training, the Diversity Scholarship Program, and the administation of Preservation Grants.
A graduate of Dartmouth College and the Harvard Law School, Brink previously worked as an attorney in Washington, D.C., and served for 17 years as executive director of the Galveston [Texas] Historical Foundation. |
