Mr. Peter DeBenedictis is Vice President of Development/Redevelopment. Mr. DeBenedictis' long-standing tenant relationships as well his understanding of the complexities related to the rehabilitation of existing assets and new shopping center development position him as a senior team member. Mr. DeBenedictis' key responsibilities include site selection and land acquisition, negotiating contracts with anchor tenants and securing government approvals in the course of coordinating new development projects and the redevelopment of existing shopping centers for the Company. Mr. DeBenedictis previously held the position of Vice President Real Estate Planning with the Cafaro Company and has over 33 years of real estate industry experience. Professional memberships include the International Council of Shopping Centers. |
