As President of Cybersettle Financial Services LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cybersettle, Inc., Peter is responsible for the ongoing growth and management of the company and its initial product line, RapidFunds. Launched in late 2004, the RapidFunds product has since gained steady acceptance in the marketplace as the leading and most efficient source for an attorney and/or claimant to accelerate the receipt of settlement proceeds. With demand for RapidFunds growing substantially, Peter now dedicates the majority of his time in his role as President, managing the expansion of the company. Having successfully handled the general operations of Cybersettle, Inc. in excess of 18 months, Peter maintains his role as Vice President of Operations of Cybersettle, Inc on a limited basis. This role includes participating in key initiatives, maintaining relationships with existing clients as well as strategic alliances, and serving on the Board of Directors for Cybersettle UK. Peter is an attorney with a wide range of experience after 12 years of practice. Prior to joining Cybersettle, Peter was a founding member of Hauser & Speziale, a Manhattan general practice law firm specializing in general and commercial litigation and commercial and real estate transactions. Prior to forming Hauser & Speziale, he was an associate at Kelley, Drye and Warren, a prominent national law firm, where he represented Fortune 500 companies and government agencies. Having actively practiced as a trial attorney for both plaintiff and defense matters, and after accumulating approximately seven years in the Cybersettle family, Peter is uniquely poised to service the needs of our target markets with Cybersettle's products and services.Peter holds a Juris Doctorate from the St. John's University School of Law. |
