Peter Willcox joined Telstra as a non-executive Director on 17 May 2006.
Mr Willcox holds a Masters degree in physics from Cambridge University and following a 28 year career in the international petroleum industry was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of BHP Petroleum Limited, from 1986 to 1994. He has wide and diverse experience as a Director and Chairman of Australian and American listed companies and sits on the advisory board of CVC Asia Pacific (Australia) Limited.
