Peter Fritsch, CPC is Vice President / Partner in the East Hartford office of Management Search, where he has been practicing since 1989. Peter became a partner/owner in the East Hartford office in January 2000. His many years of partnering with clients on searches have covered many industries such as manufacturing, Architecture and Construction Engineering Services; and a diverse range of positions from company presidents to machine operators and drafters. Some of his prominent clientele include the Timken Corporation, Specialized Technology Resources, Doncasters, and Fletcher-Thompson.



Joining management as East Hartford's first Vice President, Peter was also honored with election to the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Association of Personnel Services, where he served for seven years. He is still very active in Hartford area business organization such as the Metro Hartford Alliance, and the Human Resource Association of Central Connecticut.



Prior to joining Management Search of Hartford, Peter owned and operated three businesses in the entertainment and food service industries.



Peter earned his degree in Mathematics from the University of Hartford.
