Peter L. Giunta first joined Kenyon & Kenyon as a summer associate in 2003 and returned as an associate to the New York office in 2005. Mr. Giunta focuses his practice primarily on patent litigation.
Prior to returning to Kenyon & Kenyon, Mr. Giunta served as a law clerk to the Honorable Lawrence M. McKenna, United States District Court Judge in the Southern District of New York.
Mr. Giunta gained technical experience as an undergraduate intern in the analytical labs of several chemical and pharmaceutical companies. |
