Mr. Kellett is the Director of the Litigation Department, having recently served as one of the department's practice group leaders. Peter Kellett was one of the founding partners of Feeney Kellett Wienner & Bush. His practice focuses on class action and commercial litigation; automotive, medical device, and other products liability; and intellectual property litigation. He has tried to verdict both consumer class actions and numerous product liability cases involving catastrophic injury or death.

O'Connell v DaimlerChrysler Corporation, Hampshire County, Massachusetts Superior Court, Case No. 01-131, successful resolution at conclusion of five week trial in defense of automobile manufacturer, where Plaintiff alleged vehicle design defects caused vehicle fire and permanent, disfiguring personal injuries.
Ebow v Ford Motor Company, U.S.D.C. Eastern District of Michigan, Case No. 2:05-cv-70781, primary counsel representing Ford Motor Company in multi-district class action litigation involving property damage and economic loss due to allegedly defective speed control deactivation switches.
Zourob, et al. v Exxon Mobil Corporation, Wayne County, Michigan Circuit Court Case No. 03-307825-CZ, defeated class certification and obtained summary judgment for Exxon Mobil in putative class action challenging fuel distribution and pricing practices.
