In his capacity as Legal Consultant, Mr. Gountanis consults with clients and their attorneys in drafting franchise agreements, franchise offering circulars and ancillary materials. He provides numerous additional consulting services, including those pertinent to the business and legal structure of the franchisor and franchise program. Mr. Gountanis served as a Legal Counsel for GGG Development Corporation in Waukegan, Illinois, where his responsibilities included negotiating and drafting leasing agreements and other commercial contracts. He also served as a judicial extern for Judge Samuel Der-Yeghiayan, a United States federal court judge for the Northern District of Illinois, where he researched civil and criminal issues and drafted judicial orders. Mr. Gountanis earned his Juris Doctor Degree from the John Marshall Law School; his M.B.A. from Loyola University, with a concentration in Economics and International Business; and his Bachelor or Arts Degree in Political Science from Marquette University. Mr. Gountanis was named to the National Dean's List. |
