Dr. Peter R. Wilson has been a director of the Company since March 1994. Dr. Wilson served as Secretary of the Company from March 1994 until February 1996 and has been an Associate Professor at the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University since September 1991. He was an Assistant Professor at New York University's Stern School of Business between January 1983 and August 1991. Dr. Wilson teaches in the areas of financial accounting, financial reporting, financial statement analysis and strategic cost management. He earned a bachelor's degree and a Ph.D. in accounting at the University of North Carolina. |
