Peter S. Janson, Ontario (Canada). Mr. Janson is the former Chief Executive Officer of AMEC Inc. and of ABB Inc. USA. He currently serves as a director of ATS Automation Tooling Systems Inc., Terra Industries Inc. and Teekay Shipping Corporation and is Vice-Chair of the Royal Ontario Museum. Mr. Janson was appointed to the board of directors of the Company in July 2004 and serves as a member of its Corporate Governance and Human Resources Committee, and chairs its Environment, Health and Safety Committee. |
