Peter Benner's practice includes commercial and business litigation and dispute resolution. He has experience with resolution of complex business disputes including banking and financial transactions, healthcare, contracts, class actions, unfair competition, real estate, and bankruptcy. He works with clients to direct the litigation process toward constructive outcomes, often using, when advantageous to the client, alternative dispute resolution methods such as arbitration and mediation.
