Peter Currie has served as a member of our Board of Directors since June 2007. Most recently, Mr. Currie served as the Chief Financial Officer of Nortel Networks Corp. from February 2005 to April 2007. Prior to that, Mr. Currie worked at Royal Bank of Canada from 1997 to 2004 and most recently served as Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of RBC Financial Group until 2004. Mr. Currie held various finance positions during his 13 years at Nortel Networks Corp. prior to joining RBC Financial Group, including General Auditor, Controller and Vice President, Finance for a number of business segments, in addition to serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Currie received a B.A. degree in Economics and an M.B.A. degree from York University. |
