Mr. Argeropulos is Senior Vice President and a member of CEC�s three-person Chief Operating Team. He is a 31-year veteran of the corrections field. His experience includes all major aspects of prison and regional facility management, including state-wide policy development, compliance monitoring, facility planning, supervision and design, prison industry management, and special population management. Previously, Mr. Argeropulos headed CiviGenics' jail and prison operations. Prior to joining CiviGenics, Mr. Argeropulos served as the Associate Commissioner for Administration for the Massachusetts Department of Corrections. Earlier in his career, he served as Assistant Deputy Commissioner of the Bridgewater State Complex, a network of six medium-security facilities housing more than 3,000 inmates, and as Superintendent of the Massachusetts Corrections Institute at Framingham, Mass, a 450-bed women's facility. He was Deputy Superintendent of Walpole State Prison, Massachusetts' maximum security facility housing 700 felons. |
