Mr. Cheung joined Pengrowth Corporation in the position of Treasurer, effective May 9, 2005.
Prior to joining Pengrowth Mr. Cheung held the position of Vice President Energy Group, RBC Capital Markets. In this position he provided financial advisory services to clients related to acquisition transactions. He has had experience in corporate finance activity related to equity offerings, corporate credit (bridge financing), derivative products (hedging), structured finance products and bond and currency trading. Prior to joining RBC Capital Markets, Mr. Cheung spent three years at Collins Barrow, Chartered Accountants as a Senior Auditor.
Mr. Cheung graduated from the University of Calgary in 1996 with a Bachelor of Commerce with distinction and received his Chartered Accountant designation in 1997 where he was the Alberta Gold Medalist. |
