Peter Chynoweth has served CMA since 1999 as Vice President, overseeing the sales, training, marketing, documentation, and delivery for CMA's professional services in the Upstate New York office. His vast business experience and leadership continue to be an asset to CMA as we chart future growth strategies. Prior to joining CMA, Mr. Chynoweth spent 10 years with Automatic Data Processing (ADP), where he held numerous titles and fulfilled many responsibilities in Upstate New York. After leaving ADP in 1996, Mr. Chynoweth spent three very successful years with Keane Incorporated, specializing in providing Year 2000 solutions to the private and public sectors. Mr. Chynoweth left Keane in 1999 to join CMA. Mr. Chynoweth is active with many different organizations in his hometown of Saratoga Springs, NY. He serves as the Chair for the Board of Directors of the National Kidney Foundation of Northeastern New York, as co-chair on the NYS Procurement Committee, and the Small and Medium Business Agencies for the NYS Forum. In September 2006, Mr. Chynoweth received a unique honor from the New York State Forum and its IT Corporate Roundtable, a group that represents New York state and local government IT leaders and staff. The Forum awarded Mr. Chynoweth the Roundtable's Annual Award for Excellence and also nominated him as a candidate for the IT Corporate Roundtable Vice Chair for the program year commencing October 1, 2006. This marks the first time that a single person received nominations for both positions simultaneously. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management and PIR (Personnel and Industrial Relations) from Syracuse University and an MBA from RPI in Troy, NY. |
