Mr. Cinguina is responsible for the day to day operation and management of the sales force which includes training, qualifying and managing private lending pipeline, serving as intermediary between the Partners and the sales force, and analyzing and assessing loan feasibility. He is also a founding member of CFA's Leadership Committee, whose role is the planning and implementation of daily staff training, evaluation and setting of company policy. Mr. Cinguina's career in business started when he was an asset manager and operator for several franchise locations of Mobil Oil, a Fortune 500 company. He then moved on to opportunities in real estate as a Senior Account Executive, joining Homelink Funding LLC and JC Lord Properties LLC where he originated and managed a substantial residential loan pipeline and actively represented clients in residential and commercial transactions. Mr. Cinguina attended Pace University for Accounting and is a Licensed Realtor in the State of New York. |
