Peter Douglas has 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on capital markets. Previously Mr. Douglas worked at Lehman Brothers in International Equities and co-managed the New York investment office of a Latin American industrial and financial group. Since joining Chatsworth as a Managing Director, he has successfully completed a significant number of capital raising transactions. Mr. Douglas has structured joint ventures between top tier hedge funds, prestigious institutions and first time funds. He has also applied his capital raising skills and innovative solutions to companies seeking to raise money from the venture capital community. Mr. Douglas holds a BA from Brandeis University in American Literature and History, and a MBA in Finance and Accounting from The Stern School of Business, New York University. |
