Peter Fearn is currently President of Dipharma Srl, an Italian fine chemicals company that supplies the pharmaceuticals industry. He is also the owner of SKMP Ltd, a consulting firm that specialises in mergers and acquisitions in the chemicals industry. Peter was recently Executive Chairman of the Danish animal health care company VetXX A/S until the business was sold in January 2008. During his career Peter has held senior positions with several leading chemical companies. Between 2002 and 2005 he was CEO of Finnish Chemicals Oy. From 1996 to 2000 he was a main board director with Laporte Plc and CEO of their Specialty Organics Division. Peter also spent 12 years with Courtaulds in various senior roles. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCA). |
