Mr. Federer's primary responsibility is developing and maintaining client relationships for the firm through deal origination and transactional analytics. In his career, Mr. Federer has displayed the necessary instincts and enthusiasm for understanding the commercial real estate market. This and his remarkable leadership ability has earned him the responsibility of co-managing the firm's sales team along with Peter Cinguina. In this capacity, Mr. Federer leads a team of originators and serves as an intermediary between the senior partners and the company's deal flow. His financial background and interpersonal skills allow him to excel as a senior producer. The "hands on" approach he brings to his clients, enables him to customize strategic financial solutions to meet their goals and objectives. Mr. Federer is also a founding member of CFA's Leadership Committee, a special task force within CFA, established to identify and cultivate leaders on staff. Mr. Federer graduated with a B.S. in Finance from Villanova University. |
