Mr. Gross worked for nine years in different management positions for BASF Group in Germany, Russia, and Brazil. He has sound experience in leading business operations in emerging markets and a proven track record in B2B sales and project management. In his latest position, Mr. Gross led two chemical business units with P&L responsibility for South America. He was directly responsible for BASF�s ethanol diesel activities in Brazil and has worked closely with Brazilian governmental and regulatory agencies, the petrochemical industry, and leading fuel distribution companies.
Mr. Gross is a Brazilian and German national, speaks four languages, and holds a BS degree in business administration.
