Mr. Middleton�s practice focuses on healthcare, employment and general litigation. He has extensive experience in representing and advising healthcare clients in litigation, credentialing, regulatory and transactional matters. Peter also has represented and advised employers of all kinds with respect to labor and employment issues and disputes. Peter also has advised numerous mental health professionals with respect to confidentiality and reporting issues. Peter was admitted to practice in Colorado in 2000, and is also admitted before the United States District Court, District of Colorado, United States Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit, State of Indiana, 1998, United States District Courts, Southern and Northern District of Indiana, State of Illinois, 1997, and the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois. He received his Juris Doctor from the DePaul University College of Law in 1997 and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois in 1994. Mr. Middleton lectures on a host of litigation, employment and healthcare related topics. In 2002, he had the honor of presenting at the Colorado Judicial Conference on the subject of the public�s perception of the judicial system. He also has lectured on risk management and provider reimbursement issues to hospital representatives throughout the state. |
