A defense verdict and an award of attorney's fees against the plaintiff in a fraud and breach of contract class-action claim against a homebuilder
A defense verdict in favor of a Fortune 500 manufacturer in a products liability lawsuit filed by a Colorado municipality
A multi-million dollar settlement obtained for a Denver advertising company in a federal copyright infringement and breach of contract lawsuit
Defense verdicts in series of cases involving a failed fast food restaurant franchise
Extensive experience in real property cases involving issues of fraudulent conveyances, adverse possession, prescriptive easements, specific performance, mechanic's liens other title disputes

Asset sale of an eighteen-store chain of sporting goods stores
Stock sale of a Minnesota manufacturing company
Purchase of a number of commercial printing companies for a national consolidator
Purchase and sale, under a variety of structures, of numerous Colorado businesses
Drafting and enforcement of numerous commercial real estate leases
Lead counsel for the wind-up of a 90-store national equipment rental company
Served as reorganization and wind-up counsel for several law firms and businesses
Peter is active in a variety of pro bono and community activities. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Geneva Glen Camp. He is married to Gina and is the father of Patrick, Brian, and Lisa.
