Mr. Morreale concentrates his practice in the area of corporate finance, including structured finance and securitization. He has advised clients on numerous types of financial transactions, including bond issuances, asset-backed securities issuances, resecuritizations of financial assets, net interest margin transactions, commercial paper conduit transactions, and structured and synthetic derivatives transactions. He has extensive experience in transactions involving various asset types, including financial assets, automobile leases and loans, automobile inventory, trade receivables, residential mortgage loans, reverse mortgage loans and healthcare receivables. Mr. Morreale also has worked on various international transactions for clients in Europe, South America and Australia.
A graduate of Fordham University School of Law, Mr. Morreale served as an associate editor of the Fordham Law Review.
