Mr. Moyson�s practice focuses on trial and appellate litigation in state and federal courts. Mr. Moyson has significant experience in administrative and regulatory law, commercial contract disputes, construction defect litigation, insurance coverage disputes, insurance bad faith litigation, personal injury claims, premises liability cases, and product liability litigation. Peter has been admitted to practice in Colorado since 1987. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado State University in 1983 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois in 1986. Peter served a law clerk to Judge Warren O. Martin of the Denver District Court and then as a law clerk to Judge Peter H. Ney of the Colorado Court of Appeals. After his clerkship, Peter served a Staff Attorney at the Colorado Court of Appeals, specializing in civil litigation appeals. |
