Peter Repetti is responsible for all of Zenoss' financial and administrative groups, bringing over 20 years of strategic and operating management experience across a range of industries. His expertise has helped a number of early stage software companies achieve successful and rapid growth and includes a comprehensive understanding of corporate finance and hands-on experience with both public and private market companies.Prior to joining Zenoss, Pete served as CFO for several public and venture-backed software companies, including Blackboard, WebOS and Manugistics. During his five year tenure with Blackboard, Pete transitioned the company from a venture capital funded private firm to a public entity through an initial public offering in 2004. He also oversaw several mergers and acquisitions, and was instrumental in building the infrastructure to facilitate the company's dynamic growth from 400 to 800 employees and $20-$200 million in revenue. He has also served in financial management roles at US Airways and Flow General and began his career at Arthur Andersen & Co.Pete holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The George Washington University and an MBA in Finance and Business Strategy from The University of Chicago. |
