Peter Rooney is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm's New York office. He is a member of the Corporate Department, where his practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions.
Peter represents U.S. and multinational corporations in acquisitions and sales of public and private companies and in joint ventures.
Peter received his B.A., cum laude, from Amherst College in 1989, and his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1992, where he was a member of the Law Review.
He is admitted to practice in New York and Delaware.
