Peter Thomas completed his bachelor�s degree in Electronics Engineering from Bangalore University, India. Thereafter he joined the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore as a research associate. Here he worked on multiple software projects and was key member of a team that helped computerize War-Game exercises for the Indian Air Force at one of their major training schools. He was also involved in software projects for the Defense Research Development Organization (DRDO) and the Defense Development Research Laboratories (DRDL) both of which are large research organizations run by the Government of India He joined Softec International, Bombay India as a Programmer Analyst in 1988. Here he was the team lead on developing several software applications used by international clients. In 1992 he became the General Manager of Softec International. In this capacity he managed several software teams and helped run the organization. In 1995 he moved to the USA and joined Blue Lance Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer. Here he was intimately involved in working directly with Blue Lance�s product offering as well as interfacing with key customers. He became the Chief Technology Officer at Blue Lance Inc. in 1999. |
