Peter joined Sunrise's Investment Banking team as Vice President in 2006. Prior to joining Sunrise Peter was a team leader of a multi-disciplinary major deal team at British Telecommunication ("BT") plc. At BT he was responsible for complex multi-jurisdictional transactions involving Global Fortune 500 companies such as Verizon, Manpower, and Deutsche Bank. Prior to joining BT, Peter worked as Senior Counsel to Viatel, a global telecommunications company, where he supported the M&A activities and assisted in the capital markets transaction involving several billion dollars of debt and equity financings. Peter began his career at HBO, a Time Warner Company. Peter has extensive domestic and international experience and has worked on transactions throughout the United States, Europe and Latin America. Peter was graduated, with an MSc in Telecommunications Management, from University College London as part of BT's Executive Masters Program in 2005. Peter received a JD from Brooklyn Law School in 1998 and his BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1992.
