Peter Woodward graduated from Colgate University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, and from Columbia University with a Masters Degree in International Economics. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Mr. Woodward worked as a research analyst at Munn, Bernhard & Associates from 1995 to 1996. From 1996 until founding of MHW Capital Management in 2005, Mr. Woodward was a research analyst and Managing Director for Regan Fund Management.
Mr. Woodward has served on the board of directors of NewsEdge Corp. and Zomax, Inc. He has also served as an economist on and consultant to the President's Council of Economic Advisors at the White House during the Bush Administration, where he focused on issues concerning international trade and finance.
