Peter Wright Peter has over thirty years experience in Information Technology, gained within a range of Commercial Organisations both in the UK and in mainland Europe. His consulting career has included major projects to provide enhanced corporate value from Information Technology, extensive process analysis, re-design, and organisational development. Before continuing his career in consultancy, for ten years he held the position of Information Technology Director at Board level with a major international manufacturing, wholesaling and retailing company. He was responsible for the creation and implementation of IT strategies which aligned with and developed Corporate goals and that lead to measurable improvements in service levels combined with significant cost reductions.Previously, he spent nearly twenty years with a major European automobile constructor holding a number of management positions within systems development and operations. These included an assignment based in Paris where he led a major project to rationalise the processes and systems supporting the National Sales Companies of seventeen countries. This involved managing a multinational team through a major change process.
