Peyton L. Berg
Profile
Peyton Berg is an associate in the Litigation, Appellate, and Sports and Entertainment Law Groups. Mr. Berg represents clients in all types of business and intellectual property litigation, contract drafting and disputes, employment law issues, and appeals. He has previously handled matters for a variety of sports-related organizations, including auto racing teams, professional sports teams and amateur sports associations. Prior to joining Bose McKinney & Evans, he clerked for Chief Justice Russell A. Anderson and Associate Justice Samuel L. Hanson of the Minnesota Supreme Court. Before law school, Mr. Berg served as a communications platoon commander in the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Berg is admitted to practice before all Indiana state courts, the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana Education
