Phil A. Felando joined QLogic in April 2007. Prior to joining the company, he was Senior Director of Human Resources at Skyworks Solutions, a global wireless semiconductor company. Earlier in his career, Mr. Felando held senior human resource leadership positions at Conexant Systems, TRW and Lockheed. He earned a Master�s in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a B.A. in Industrial Psychology from Occidental College. Mr. Felando currently serves on a Global Special Expertise Panel and Business Advisory Council for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). At QLogic, Mr. Felando has world wide responsibility for development and implementation of the Company�s human resources strategy and related programs. |
