Philip Galati is Senior Vice President, Global Services for Sterling Commerce, responsible for all global activities of the Service Delivery organization including Professional Services, Managed Services, and Education Services. Previously, Galati held senior positions for both IBM and Ernst & Young, and served as Director of Managed Service-North America for Dell, Inc., where he improved financial controls and streamlined operational capabilities. He joined Sterling Commerce in 2006, chartered with building and leading our Managed Services. The business has since more than doubled in revenue and extended our customer base to include a number of Global 1000 companies. With an Executive Belt in BPI and Six Sigma, Galati holds a Bachelor s of Science in business administration (MIS concentration) and a computer science minor from the University of Albany.
