Phil held the role of Technical Manager at PIPS Technology before transferring to Operations Manager. Phil is responsible for both development, product delivery into manufacturing and process engineering and was prevalent in the business gaining ISO accreditation. Phil�s career path included time as a real time Hardware and software development engineer developing industrial recording, replay and analysis systems for financial, Air Traffic control, Military and Public Safety applications. |
