Phil Lichtenfels is senior vice president and chief of staff of Brown-Forman Corporation.
Before being promoted to SVP he was vice president director of Corporate Strategy and Business Consulting Group.
Lichtenfels joined Brown-Forman in 1996 after 10 years with Bristol-Myers Squibb where he worked in a variety of divisional and Corporate HR roles. BMS is a diversified worldwide health and personal care company whose principal businesses are pharmaceuticals consumer products nutritionals and medical devices.
Lichtenfels earned a bachelor of science degree in psychology from Penn State University. He subsequently earned a Masters and Ph.D. in psychology from Bowling Green State University in northwest Ohio.
Lichtenfels resides in Louisville with his wife and their son. |
